Foster a Northern Breed Dog

Every rescue needs foster homes. In order for us to begin rescuing dogs, we need a network of foster homes. Fostering can be a wonderful experience for any family. Our directors have years of foster experience and will always be available for support. A network of communication has been developed to make our team leaders readily available to help you and your foster guest. You’ll never be alone! We are looking for homes in the Greater Philadelphia region which would include portions of PA, DE, NJ, and MD.

How long will I have the dog?

We never know how long it will take to find a forever home for a dog. We are never in a hurry and make sure your guest finds the perfect home. We list our dogs on numerous online venues as well as this website. In addition, our dogs are frequently shared on our social media platforms. We also attend local events where your dog can meet and greet new friends.

Will I choose the adopter?

You are an important part of our team and know the dog best. Your input is critical in finding the best home for your guest. You will be a part of the process.

Who pays for veterinary care?

We cover all veterinary costs. We have accounts with numerous local vets and we pay our vet bills immediately. We also cover grooming expenses and any supplements or medications your dog requires.
